  • Cream cheese, room temperature – 1 glass
  • Condensed milk – 1 glass
  • Limes (zest and juice) – 2 pcs.
  • Peel for decoration

  1. Place one cookie in each serving bowl for dessert.
  2. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer.
  3. Add condensed milk and beat until smooth.
  4. Finely grate the zest of the limes (cut some of the zest into strips for decoration with a peeler). Squeeze the juice out of the limes. Add the zest and juice to the creamy mass.
  5. Beat the mixture until thick and glossy.
  6. Place on biscuits, smooth surface, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  7. Garnish with lime zest strips before serving.
  8. Cream cheese is enough to soak the cookie base, but you can crush the cookies and mix them with a little melted butter.
