Non-alcoholic Bionade Cocktail

• 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
• 1 lime (s), untreated, (organic)
• some ice, crushed ice
• Lemonade, (Bionade) to fill up, elderberry works well

Instructions

1. Wash the lime, quarter it, squeeze out a little juice from a quarter and pour it into a glass with the rest of the quarter. If necessary, grind the brown sugar in a mortar and add it to the glass.
2. Top up with the Bionade, pour some ice on top and decorate the glass with a lime wedge.
