A cooling cocktail with raspberries, lime, lemon, and mint is one of the options for making a mojito.

Ingredients
Raspberries – 50 g
Lime – 1 pc.
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Mint – 6 branches
Sparkling mineral water – 400 ml
Ice – 20 cubes
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Directions
Cut a thin slice from the lemon, which is then cut in half. Chop the rest of the lemon very finely. Cut a circle from the lime and cut it into 4 pieces. Chop the rest of the lime very finely.
Tear off the leaves from the mint sprigs.
Take two 250 ml glasses. Distribute finely chopped lime and lemon and half mint leaves in glasses.
Add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of sugar.
Use a pestle or rolling pin to grind lemon, lime, and mint with sugar.
Grind half of the raspberries through a sieve.
Add berry puree to glasses.
Fill the glasses 3/4 full with ice cubes.
Top with one slice of lemon, two slices of lime, and the remaining mint leaves.
Pour soda water over the contents of glasses and add whole raspberries.
