Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, (tortilioni)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth
  • 0.5 ½ pot basil, or pack. frozen
  • 100 g mountain cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente.
  2. Clean the broccoli, wash into florets. Cover and cook in 400 ml salted water for about 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and broccoli, collect the vegetable stock.
  4. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes until crispy and brown. Season, take out.
  5. Peel and chop the onion and sauté in the frying fat. Dust the flour over it and sweat it. Stir in the vegetable stock, cream and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash and chop the basil. Pour into the sauce, season to taste.
  6. Put the pasta, broccoli and turkey strips in a greased baking dish. Spread the sauce over it. Grate the cheese, sprinkle over it.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 degrees, convection: 175 degrees, gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.
