Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.25 ¼ savoy cabbage
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 300 g Kasseler, lean, loosened
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean the cabbage and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Wash the smoked pork, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the smoked pork vigorously on all sides. Add the onion and cabbage. Pour in the vegetable stock and cook for about 10 minutes with the pot closed.
  4. Drain the pasta and fold into the cabbage. Pull the pan off the plate. Mix in mustard and sour cream and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
