Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 300 g minced meat
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 1 large onion (s)
- 0.25 liter ¼ meat broth or vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoon sauce thickener
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a little oil. Add the minced meat and sear it. Season with tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Cook the noodles in salted water and let them drain. Mix with the minced meat and pour everything into a baking dish.
- Bring the meat stock to the boil, stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Add the cream and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Thicken with a sauce thickener. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle everything with cheese.
