Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ meat broth or vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a little oil. Add the minced meat and sear it. Season with tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Cook the noodles in salted water and let them drain. Mix with the minced meat and pour everything into a baking dish.
  3. Bring the meat stock to the boil, stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Add the cream and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Thicken with a sauce thickener. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle everything with cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 ° until the cheese has melted and a light crust forms.
