Ingredients

  • 80 g pasta
  • 4 vine tomato (s)
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt
  • oregano
  • Chili powder
  • sugar
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

  1. The recipe was made from leftovers that wanted to be used.
  2. So first of all, the pasta is cooked according to the instructions on the package. But you can also take pasta from the day before.
  3. The tomatoes are pitted and cut into cubes, as are the ham and feta.
  4. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel the garlic and cut or chop it too. Wash a few basil leaves and roughly cut into strips.
  5. This completes the preparation.
  6. Heat oil in a pan (I used olive oil). Sauté the onion and garlic, add the ham and fry a little. Then add the tomatoes, stew a little and add the feta and basil. Season with salt, chilli, about half a teaspoon of oregano and a pinch of sugar. Then add a spoonful of sour cream to make a little sauce. But you can also use crème fraîche. Remember that sour cream neutralizes the taste a little, so season again with salt and chilli if necessary. Finally mix in the pasta and you`re done!
