Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles (e.. e ribbon noodles)
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 1 large can (s) peach (s) or apricots
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • 100 ml meat stock
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • some clarified butter
  • water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Min. 1 hour before the start of preparation, cut the meat into bite-sized cubes or strips and marinate in a bowl with the soy sauce.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the onions, quarter them and cut into narrow strips. Fry in a pan with a little clarified butter and about 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put in a saucepan with the pasta.
  3. Sear the sliced turkey in the pan, season with salt and pepper and add to the saucepan. Cut the peaches into small strips and sweat them briefly in the pan and add them to the saucepan.
  4. Now pour in the meat stock and cream and mix everything together. Possibly mix a little sauce thickener with some of the peach juice and mix in. Add the curry powder and add a little salt if necessary. Let it boil down briefly and serve.
