Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, (from the day before)
  • 100 g bacon, (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 can peas
  • 400 ml cream
  • 120 g processed cheese, with salami
  • 300 g cheese, (Gouda)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), (piri - piri) dried (ground)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate the Gouda cheese and set aside.
  2. Divide the pasta in 4 small, buttered casserole dishes (can also be a large one).
  3. Cut the bacon into strips and place over them.
  4. Drain the peas and shower on them as well.
  5. Bring the cream to the boil and dissolve the processed cheese in it.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and the crushed chilli peppers.
  7. Pour over the other ingredients.
  8. Cover with the grated Gouda cheese and bake in the oven at 180 ° for 25 - 30 minutes.
