Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 250 g sausaes (Viennese)
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 500 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 3 teaspoons soup seasoning (salted vegetables)
  • Broth, granulated (1 - 2 teaspoons)
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 liter ½ water, hot

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and drain or use a leftover pasta from the day before. Fry the onion cubes in the butter, add the flour and tomato paste and sweat.
  2. Add the strained tomatoes and about 1/2 liter of hot water. Stir in the salted vegetables and bring to the boil.
  3. Cut the wieners into thin slices and add them to the soup with the noodles. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
