Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 70 g herbal cream cheese
  • 300 g tomatoes, passed
  • 100 g mozzarella, rated
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 400 g chicken strips
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection or top heat).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water to taste.
  3. Cut the broccoli without the stalk into small florets. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  4. Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Put the broccoli and mushrooms in the boiling salted water and reduce the heat. Let cook for about five to six minutes. Then drain and rinse with cold water. The vegetables should still be crisp, and then cook through in the oven.
  5. In the meantime, fry the chicken strips in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Wash the pepper and cut into small pieces. When the chicken is done, deglaze with the tomatoes, stir with the cream cheese and let simmer a little more. Add the noodles to the meat in the pan and stir everything together.
  6. Put the broccoli and mushrooms in a baking dish. Spread the pasta and chicken over it. Season everything again and sprinkle with feta cheese and grated mozzarella.
  7. Bake everything in the oven on the middle rack until the cheese has run and is golden brown, this takes about 15-20 minutes.
