Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 1 pack chicken strips
  • 1 packet bacon
  • some fat for frying
  • 150 g spinach leaves
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 packet cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon and chicken into small pieces. Now fry the bacon in a large saucepan with a little fat until crispy. Then take the bacon out of the pot.
  2. Now fry the chopped chicken in the same saucepan. Take the chicken out of the pot as well.
  3. Put the bacon together with the 4 pressed garlic cloves, the spinach leaves, salt and pepper together in the saucepan until the spinach leaves collapse. Then add the meat to the spinach along with the milk, cream and the still raw pasta and stir.
  4. Now cook everything until the noodles are firm to the bite. It is important to continue simmering the mixture after boiling, stirring constantly. When the pasta is firm to the bite, stir in the parmesan and serve.
