  • 750 g potato (s), waxy
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then peel and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel the onion. Chop it together with the pickles. Mix with the sour cream, sour cream, horseradish and salt and pepper. Now add the chopped potatoes and fold in. Let it steep for several hours before consumption.
