Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave. Then beat the egg whites with the mixer until stiff. Add the butter and sugar and stir well. Then add the flour, milk, cocoa powder and baking powder. Place a heaped teaspoon of Nutella on top and fill with batter (not too much, as the batter will rise in the oven). Instead of Nutella, you can also press cherries or a piece of chocolate into the dough. You can sprinkle sprinkles on the dough as you like.
  3. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes. It is best to eat it warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
