Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 g nouat (nut nouat), heated
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • liter ⅛ red wine
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • some jam (orange jam)

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar until frothy. Slowly stir in the warmed nut nougat. Sieve the flour with baking powder and fold in. Stir in the wine.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at approx. 160 ° for 20 minutes. Brush with orange jam, cut once and place on top of each other. Cover with orange glaze.
  3. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with 4 tablespoons of orange juice.
