Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 150 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder (baking cocoa, not drinking cocoa)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 apples

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine over low heat. Put in a baking bowl. First stir in the sugar, then the eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and gradually stir into the dough.
  2. Peel, quarter and core the apples. Cut two of the apples into small pieces and mix with half of the nuts. Then stir into the batter.
  3. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Mix the remaining third with the cocoa and pour onto the light batter.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C upper and lower heat. Cut the remaining apple into slices and spread on the dough. Sprinkle nuts and sugar on top. Bake for 90 minutes on the lowest rack.
