Ingredients

  • 2 glasses sour cherries
  • 100 g almond (s), peeled or
  • sticks Almond
  • 250 g butter or mararine, soft
  • 200 g suar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the sour cherries well. Halve the almonds. Mix butter or margarine and sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, hazelnuts and baking powder. Stir flour mixture and lemon zest into the egg mixture. Finally stir in the cream.
  2. Line a deep baking sheet with parchment paper. Smooth out the dough on top. Top with sour cherries and almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
