Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 120 g walnuts, rated
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 can peach (s), cut into wedges
  • some walnuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding powder with the rum and some milk until smooth, bring the milk to the boil and add the mixed pudding powder while stirring, add the sugar, remove the pudding from the plate and let it cool down. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, add the nuts and stir in the cold pudding.
  2. Layer the cream alternately with the peach wedges in glasses and garnish with walnuts.
