  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • couverture
  • rum

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a cake tin.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually add eggs. Mix the nuts, flour and baking powder and stir in. Mix in rum as desired. Fill into the cake tin and bake for about 50 minutes.
  3. After cooling, the cake can be coated with couverture. But also tastes good without it.
