Ingredients

  • 50 g pistachios, salted
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 100 g olives, black, not dried
  • 100 g parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, green from the glass
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Peel the pistachios and place in the food processor with the pine nuts, walnuts and pitted olives. Peel the garlic, cut the cheese into small pieces and add to the nut mixture with lemon juice and green pepper, puree. Now gradually add the oil until you have a smooth sauce.
  2. Great spaghetti or penne go well with it.
