Ingredients

  • 10 slices sandwich toast
  • 1 cinnamon sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 80 ml milk
  • desiccated coconut
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut off the edges of the toast and roll out the slices thinly with the rolling pin. Spread half of the Nutella and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Roll up very tightly. Put some Nutella around the edge to hold it together.
  2. Heat a pan with oil. Whisk the eggs with the milk. Turn the rolls in the egg milk and bake in a hot pan until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste. There are no limits to the imagination, the rolls also taste great with banana etc.
