Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 140 g suar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 40 g butter, soft
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 120 g Nutella
  • possibly hazelnuts, for decoration

For the glaze:

  • 200 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 25 ml milk
  • 80 g Nutella

Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, baking powder and salt. While stirring, stir in the milk, then the egg and Nutella until a smooth mixture is formed.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper muffin liners, if there aren`t any, grease the hollows. Fill the wells 2/3 with the mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. First let the muffins cool down completely, then cut a small circle out of the top of the muffins, pour some Nutella into the resulting cavity and use the cut-out piece of dough again to seal the muffins.
  5. Whisk all ingredients for the glaze until a fluffy, smooth mass is formed. Spread over the filled cupcakes with a knife.
  6. Decorate with chopped hazelnuts if desired.
