Ingredients

  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 170 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 150 g Nutella
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 ½ cup milk, possibly a little more
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 bar chocolate, whole milk
  • 12 piece (s) confectionery (children`s chocolate toons)
  • some chips (banana chips) to decorate
  • some Nutella to decorate

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff, stir the egg yolks with the butter and sugar until frothy. Mash the banana and stir into the egg yolk mixture with the vanilla sugar and Nutella. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and milk and stir together.
  2. Now fold in the egg whites. If the mixture is not liquid enough, add a little more milk and fold in. Finally, chop the chocolate and fold it into the dough as well.
  3. Fill 1 - 2 tablespoons of the dough each into the muffin molds, then place a chocolate candy on top and fill the molds completely with batter. Bake at 160 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. After cooling, put a dollop of Nutella on a banana chip and place on top of each muffin for decoration.
