Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the mixer for at least 10 minutes. The volume should triple. Melt the Nutella in a water bath (you can also use the microwave). Allow to cool slightly.
  2. As soon as the eggs are beaten, slowly add about 1/4 of the Nutella to the eggs and mix carefully with the whisk. Gradually fold in the rest of the Nutella.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C fan-assisted air. Line a round baking pan with parchment paper and grease a little. Better to choose a small baking pan, because the cake will collapse. I took one with a diameter of 22 cm.
  4. Pour the dough into the mold and bake for about 25 minutes. The cake rises high, but collapses later. Let the finished cake cool down a bit and take it out of the mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  5. Vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries - or everything together tastes good with it.
  6. I got this very special cake from my friend in Italy. You only need two ingredients! I and my family liked the cake very much. The cake tastes like brownies and soufflé at the same time and is very chocolatey.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
