Ingredients

  • 250 g QimiQ
  • 250 g mascarpone, liht
  • 160 g Nutella, (or other nut nouat cream)
  • 2 tablespoon rum, (or cocoa)
  • 2 tablespoon milk, (or coffee cream)
  • 1 large banana (s), ripe
  • Chocolate flakes for decoration

Instructions

  1. First mix the QimiQ with a hand mixer, add the mascarpone, Nutella (warm in the microwave or in a water bath so that it becomes soft), add the rum and milk and mix well. The Nutella makes the cream sweet enough and no sugar should actually be necessary.
  2. Divide part of the cream into 4 bowls, smooth out and spread the banana cut in half on top. Cover the bananas completely with the rest of the cream. If the cream appears too firm, stir in a little more milk or rum - depending on your taste. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes and either serve immediately or refrigerate in the fridge.
  3. Personally, I like the cream best served straight away - it gets a little firmer in the fridge!
  4. If children eat, replace the rum with milk, cream or cocoa!
