Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ baking powder
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 65 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 275 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoon Nutella

For decoration:

  • 100 g whole milk couverture, optional
  • leaves Peppermint

Instructions

  1. First you mix flour and baking powder with milk and eggs. Then you add sugar. A pinch of salt and Nutella follow at the end. Mix everything well until it is a homogeneous, liquid mass. It is advantageous to let the dough rest briefly.
  2. Now you set up the crepe iron and always bake four pancakes on it at the same time.
  3. Tip: You can also work on the stove with a mini pan / pan. Then you still need highly heatable frying oil.
  4. For decoration, melt whole milk couverture in a water bath and pour it over the pancakes. Fresh peppermint leaves for decoration.
