Ingredients

  • 400 g berries, mixed (raspberries, currants, strawberries)
  • 25 g merinue
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 125 g Nutella
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the fruits, quarter the strawberries. Roughly crumble the meringue.
  2. Whip the quark with milk, vanilla sugar and Nutella until creamy.
  3. Now layer the Nutella quark, meringue and fruit one after the other in four large glasses. Serve garnished with lemon balm and possibly a currant panicle.
