Ingredients
- 4 peach (s) (halves), fresh or canned
- 2 tablespoon almond (s) or hazelnuts, grated
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml buttermilk or natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Cut the peach halves into approx. 2 cm pieces and place in the mixer with the remaining ingredients (or mix with the hand blender). Fill everything into 2 glasses and dust with cinnamon or cardamom if necessary.
- Be careful with sugar! When you take peaches out of the can, they are already very sweet, so it is better to put only a little sugar in the mixer first and then season again if necessary.
