  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), rice, oat or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 ripe banana (s)

Instructions

  1. Process the oatmeal into flour in a mixer. Mash the banana well with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. Gradually fry small pancakes from the batter in a pan. Alternatively, you can soak the oatmeal with the milk and the crushed banana overnight. Add the baking powder and mix with the hand blender. If necessary, you can add a little milk. Gradually fry small pancakes in a pan. If you like, you can also sweeten the pancakes.
