Ingredients

  • 180 g yourt (0.1%)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 180 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s), untreated, 1 tablespoon zest it
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Whisk the yogurt and egg, mix in the orange peel and sugar. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Add the oatmeal to the yogurt-egg-sugar mixture and let it soak. Mix the flour with cocoa powder and baking powder and slowly add to the dough while stirring. The dough should be tough but not dry. Spread the chocolate pieces well in the dough.
  3. Place about 40 cookies on a baking sheet with a spoon or by hand and bake on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. The cookies should become crispy as they cool, otherwise they will not be cooked through enough.
