  • 280 g oat flakes, or spelled flakes, or both mixed
  • 50 g almond (s) or hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g honey, liquid
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g block chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C hot air.
  2. Melt the butter slowly at a low temperature. Put the oat flakes and nuts in a bowl and pour the melted butter over them, stir carefully and let stand for about 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk the honey and eggs together. Add baking powder and salt. Carefully stir in the cooled oatmeal mixture. Finally fold in the chocolate cut into small pieces.
