  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 370 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 30 g rye flour, type 1150
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 g dry yeast (usually equivalent to one ba)

Instructions

  1. Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal and let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Then put water, vinegar and honey in the baking pan. Then add the soaked oatmeal, flour, salt and dry yeast. Place the baking pan in the bread maker and select the normal program (preparation time approx. 3 hours).
