Oatmeal Casserole with Apple

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal – 150 Grams
  • Water – 320 Milliliters
  • Apple – 1 Piece
  • Raisins – 20 Grams
  • Dried apricots – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Walnuts – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Pour boiling water over dried fruits and leave for a few minutes.
  3. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and pour boiling water in the same way. Stir and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
  4. Then add the diced apple to the cereal.
  5. Also add raisins and chopped dried apricots.
  6. Add sugar and egg.
  7. Mix everything well.
  8. Transfer the oatmeal to a greased baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and chopped nuts.
  10. Bake the oatmeal at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The oatmeal casserole with apple is ready.
  11. You can serve it straight away or let the casserole cool slightly to keep it in shape.
