Ingredients

  • 2 cup / s oatmeal, tender
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, (I always use baking cocoa)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar as an alternative
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), the pulp
  • 1 pinch baking powder

Instructions

  1. Simply put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Then shape the mixture into balls with wet hands, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat. Oven to 180 °, put in the tray, and wait until it starts to smell. Depending on the power of the stove, this takes about 15-20 minutes.Let it cool down and enjoy!
