  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Butter – 90 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Brown sugar – 200 g
  • Long-cooked oat flakes – 170 g
  • Flour – 150 g (1 glass with a capacity of 250 ml)
  • Baking dough – 0.75 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

For crumb:

  • Long-cooked oat flakes – 50 g
  • Flour – 50 g
  • Pecans (or walnuts) – 40 g
  • Brown sugar – 100 g
  • Butter – 55 g
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Oatmeal Muffins with Nuts and Cinnamon Instructions

  1. Cooking the crumb. Melt the butter.
  2. Coarsely chop the nuts.
  3. Combine nuts, oatmeal, flour, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. We mix.
  5. Pour in the butter and mix thoroughly again. The baby is ready.

  6. Cooking the dough. Melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan.
  7. Pour in oatmeal and, stirring constantly, fry for 6-8 minutes. The flakes will acquire a golden color and characteristic flavor.
  8. Using a blender, grind the fried flakes into flour.
  9. Pour flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a blender.

  11. Melt the remaining butter.
  12. Break the eggs into a bowl and shake slightly.
  13. Pour in milk and butter. Beat with a whisk.
  14. Pour the dry mixture into the milk mass in parts, kneading the dough with a spatula, and then with a whisk.
  15. Leave the finished dough for 20 minutes. We turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
  16. Grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil. From this amount of dough, 12 muffins are obtained.
  17. We fill the forms with dough to 3/4 depth.
  18. Sprinkle muffins with crumbs and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  19. We take out the finished muffins from the oven and leave in the form for 10 minutes.
  20. We take the muffins out of the mold, put them on the wire rack and wait until they cool completely.
