Oatmeal Smoothie

Everyone knows about the benefits of oatmeal, except for babies who do not want to eat it. Smoothie with oatmeal is a great option to feed unwanted people.

Cook: 20 mins

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Natural yogurt – 180 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Ready-made oatmeal – 80-100 Grams
  • Sweet jam – 1-2 tbsp (any)

Directions

  1. Cook the oatmeal first. If you are using instant cereal, just pour boiling water over and let it brew. If ordinary flakes, then boil them for 10 minutes in water with a pinch of sugar. Let cool slightly
  2. Put the following ingredients in a blender bowl: yogurt, cooled oatmeal, jam. Turn on the machine.
  3. Grind until you see a more or less uniform fine-grained cocktail structure.
  4. The oatmeal smoothie is ready! This thick and nutritious smoothie is sure to please not only a kid but also an adult.
