The easiest way to boil instant flakes is by steaming them with boiling milk. But it is better to take rolled oats, although such flakes require cooking, the porridge turns out to be more useful. Before cooking, I recommend tossing the rolled oats into milk and keeping it for 15-30 minutes. Swollen oatmeal will cook more quickly.
We send oatmeal in milk to the fire.
We boil. Cook oatmeal for about 5-10 minutes, try it.
Add cottage cheese and sugar to the porridge to taste.
Stir, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Serve oatmeal with cottage cheese, if desired, with berries and a slice of butter.
