Ingredients

  • 65 g butter
  • 125 g cheese (Harzer Roller), cut into small pieces
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 500 g low-fat quark

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan (low to medium setting), then use a whisk to dissolve the finely chopped Harzer in it. Then stir in the processed cheese. Add the baking soda and stir too. Finally, stir in the low-fat quark and then mix well.
  2. Put in a bowl and let cool down. If possible, stir again until the whole thing has cooled down.
  3. There are of course onions and farmhouse bread.
