Ingredients
- 65 g butter
- 125 g cheese (Harzer Roller), cut into small pieces
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 500 g low-fat quark

- Melt the butter in a saucepan (low to medium setting), then use a whisk to dissolve the finely chopped Harzer in it. Then stir in the processed cheese. Add the baking soda and stir too. Finally, stir in the low-fat quark and then mix well.
- Put in a bowl and let cool down. If possible, stir again until the whole thing has cooled down.
- There are of course onions and farmhouse bread.
