Okroshka on Dark Beer, with Sausage and Potatoes

There are many intoxicating drinks. Have you tried any intoxicating dishes? If not, then it’s time for some unusual tastings. Okroshka on dark beer, with sausage, potatoes, eggs, cucumber, and radish, perfectly quenches both thirst and hunger. Try to cook.

Ingredients

  • Dark beer – 0.5 l
  • Boiled sausage – 200 g
  • Potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Radish – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Green onion – 3-5 branches
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pour the potatoes with water and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Let the potatoes cool.
  2. Boil the egg hard-boiled, 10 minutes after boiling over medium heat. Then fill with cold water and let cool.
  3. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
  4. Cut the radish into small strips or three on a coarse grater.
  5. Chop the green onion finely.
  6. Cut the sausage into cubes.
  7. Peel the egg and also cut it into cubes.
  8. Peel and dice the cooled potatoes.
  9. Combine all the chopped ingredients in a convenient bowl. Salt to taste and fill with a cold beer. We mix.
