Directions
- Place potatoes, radishes, cucumbers, egg whites, meat, dill, and parsley in a deep container.
- Combine the yolks with mustard and mash with a fork.
- Salt green onions and grind with a crush.
- Add yolks and green onions to the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour in kefir.
- Fill with mineral sparkling water.
- Then add sour cream.
- Stir and season with salt to taste. (Optionally, you can add balsamic or apple cider vinegar to okroshka on kefir.)
