In this okroshka, canned tuna is added instead of the usual meat or sausage. The taste is slightly different but quite interesting, and okroshka turns out to be no less tasty than in the classic version.

Ingredients
Canned tuna – 1 can (130-150 g)
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
Radish – 8 pcs.
Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
Green onions – 2 pcs.
Fresh dill – 4 branches
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Kvass – 1 glass
Kefir – 1 glass
Mustard – 0.5 tbsp
Horseradish – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Prepare all ingredients. Hard boil the eggs (8-10 minutes). Wash vegetables and herbs.
Finely chop the onions.
Finely chop the green onions and dill and add to the onions. Salt and mash greens and onions with a crush.
Cut the radish into slices.
Cut a fresh cucumber into strips.
Pour the chopped vegetables with kvass and kefir. Season with salt and pepper. Add horseradish and mustard. Mix. Put okroshka in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
When serving in portions, put pieces of canned tuna and quarters of a boiled egg on a plate with okroshka.
