Okroshka with Crab Sticks

In hot weather, okroshka will be relevant. We suggest you prepare this dish using crab sticks. In okroshka, chopped crab sticks “coexist” with eggs, fresh cucumber, radish.

Ingredients

  • Kvass – 1 l
  • Fresh cucumbers – 1 pc.
  • Crab sticks – 100 g
  • Radish – 5 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 0.5 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

How to cook okroshka with crab sticks:

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber for okroshka into cubes. (If a cucumber has a thick rind, then cut it off.)
  2. We cut the crab sticks in the same way, i.e. cubes.
  3. Cut off the tails from the radish. Cut the radish into rings or half rings.
  4. Combine the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add chopped chicken protein to them.
  5. Cooking dressing for okroshka. Combine the remaining chicken yolks with mustard.
  6. Chop fresh dill finely. Sliced ​​into a bowl with mustard and yolks. Salt and pepper.
  7. Add sour cream.
  8. Mix the ingredients for the dressing thoroughly.
