  • Ham – 200 g
  • Fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Radish – 6-7 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Fresh dill – 3-4 branches
  • Fresh parsley – 3-4 sprigs
  • Kefir – 1 l
  • Mineral water (highly carbonated) – 1 glass
  • Salt to taste

  1. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, 10 minutes after boiling over medium heat. Then fill the eggs with cold water and let them cool.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
  3. We also cut the ham into thin strips.
  4. Three radishes on a coarse grater.
  5. Chop the greens very finely.
  6. Peel boiled eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  7. Cut the proteins into small cubes. Three yolks on a fine grater.
  8. Combine cucumbers, radishes, herbs, ham, and egg whites in a convenient dish. We leave a little greenery and yolks for decoration.
