If you like okroshka, then I advise you to cook it according to this rather unusual recipe – with the addition of fried mushrooms. Okroshka turns out to be very original in taste.
Ingredients
Mushrooms (champignons) – 100 g
Potatoes – 1 pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
Serum – 400-500 ml
Green onion – a few feathers
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Pour the water over the egg in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes. Cool and clean. Cut the cucumber and boiled egg into cubes.
Pour the potatoes into a saucepan with water, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and clean. Cut the potatoes into cubes, chop the herbs.
Cut the champignons into small pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms, and fry them over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
Put potatoes, egg, cucumber, herbs, and dried mushrooms in a saucepan.
Pour in the serum.
Add salt.
Add black pepper and stir.
Pour into bowls and serve okroshka with mushrooms to the table!
