Ingredients

  • Flour as needed
  • 0.5 liter ½ kefir
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon soda (sodium carbonate)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. The kefir should be at room temperature. Mix the kefir with sodium carbonate and set it aside.
  2. In another bowl, lightly crack the eggs and add salt and sugar. Then add the kefir and mix.
  3. Slowly add the flour, stirring well so that no lumps form. Stir in enough flour that the thick consistency is reminiscent of sour cream at the end. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the dough spoon by spoon in a pan and fry in a little oil on both sides until light brown.
