Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salted salmon (salmon, trout) – 300 g
  • Canned corn or canned peas – 150 g
  • Eggs – 3-4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 150 g (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Greens (for decoration) – to taste

How to cook Olivier salad with red fish:

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes and carrots well, add cold water, bring to a boil, boil in their uniform until tender (20-30 minutes).
  2. Wash the eggs, put in a saucepan, cover them with cold water. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Cook hard-boiled over medium heat (10 minutes). Drain the water. Cover with cold water. Cool down.
  3. Peel the eggs, wash, cut into cubes.
  4. Cool carrots, peel, and cut into small cubes.
  5. Cool the potatoes, peel, and cut into small cubes.
  6. Open a jar of corn or peas. Drain the liquid.
  7. Cut the red fish fillet into cubes.
  8. Cut fresh cucumbers into cubes.
  9. Peel the onion, wash, chop finely.
  10. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  11. Season with salt and pepper. Season Olivier salad with red fish with sour cream.
  12. Mix everything well. Olivier salad with red fish is ready.
