  1. We prepare products for making an omelet in a bag. We also need a sleeve or baking bags.

  2. Pour 1-1.5 liters of water into a saucepan. We put on heating.
  3. Break eggs into a convenient dish, add salt.
  4. Beat the eggs and salt into a foam.
  5. Pour in milk and beat again.
  6. Let’s prepare additives for the omelet. Cut the sausage into cubes.
  7. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Finely chop the dill.
  9. We put additives in the egg-milk mass.
  10. Pour the omelet mass with sausage, cheese and herbs into a bag.

  12. Dip the bag of omelet into boiling water. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  13. Then we cut the bag and put the omelet with sausage, cheese and herbs on a plate. Serve an omelet with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
