Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 2 sheets (120-150 g)
  • Minced beef – 130 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Tomato – 70 g
  • Sausage – 40 g
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Onions – 40 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products for making omelet in pita bread with minced meat, cheese and sausage.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  3. Fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add minced meat, salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, fry the minced meat until tender (about 8-10 minutes).
  5. Break the eggs into a bowl. Pour in milk, salt and pepper. Beat with a whisk.
  6. Rub the cheese into the resulting mixture on a coarse grater. We mix.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  8. I have a sausage cut. If you haven’t, cut the sausage into very thin slices.
  9. Fry the sausage in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  10. Cut the pita bread sheets into 6 wide strips with scissors.
  11. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Grease the cake pan with vegetable oil. We fold the strips of pita bread into squares and put them in forms so that we get “baskets”. We put in each “basket” about 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of minced meat.
  12. Then put 2 circles of sausage in each mold (vertically). We distribute the tomatoes.
  13. Pour the omelet mixture with cheese into the “baskets”, filling by about 2/3 so that the omelet does not leak out during the cooking process. We send the omelet in pita bread to the preheated oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
  14. Let the finished omelette in pita bread cool slightly, and then take it out of the molds.
  15. Unusual omelet in pita bread with minced meat, cheese and sausage is ready.
