Spicy omelet rolls with chicken are very tasty and juicy.

Ingredients

  • For the omelet:
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cream – 70 ml
  • Green onions – 10 g
  • Soy sauce – 15 ml
  • Chili pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

  • For filling:
  • Chicken thigh (fillet) – 250 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Onions – 40 g
  • Sweet pepper – 50 g
  • Roasted peanuts – 30 g
  • Soy sauce – 50 ml
  • Honey – 25 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Ingredients for making omelet rolls with chicken.
  2. How to make chicken omelet rolls: Wash, drain, and cut the chicken meat into strips.
  3. Brush the chicken pieces with vegetable oil.
  4. Cut onion and bell peppers into thin strips. Cut the garlic and peeled peanuts into slices.
  5. Fry the chicken in a pan.
  6. Add onion, pepper, peanuts, garlic, stir.
  7. Add salt to taste, pour in soy sauce and honey.
  8. Stir and cook the roll filling over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  9. Finely chop green onions and chili peppers.
  10. (Determine the amount of chili peppers to your liking.)
  11. Break eggs into a bowl, pour in cream.
  12. Add soy sauce, chili and green onions. Mix.
  13. In a pancake pan, slightly greased with vegetable oil, fry two identical omelets. Fry omelettes on one side only.
  14. Transfer the finished omelet to cling film. Place half of the prepared filling on the omelet.
  15. Use the film to roll up the omelet roll with filling. Leave the roll to cool in the foil for about 20 minutes.
  16. Then cut across into pieces.
  17. Delicious and juicy omelet rolls with chicken are ready.
