Omelet with Cabbage

by Editorial Staff

An omelet is a lifesaver that has helped me out more than once. Especially when the fridge ran out of hearty food, and I hadn’t yet reached the store. The main component of an omelet is eggs, which can be combined not necessarily with milk, but also with water or sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 4 tablespoons
  • Cabbage
  • Dill greens
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the cabbage and chop finely. In a heated pan with vegetable oil, send the cabbage to fry.
  2. Salt and pepper the cabbage and fry until golden brown. While the cabbage is fried, put the sour cream in a mug. Add eggs to sour cream.
  3. Beat everything well with a fork until smooth and add the dill herbs. Mix everything again.
  4. When the cabbage is fried, add the sour cream and egg mass to the pan and fry the omelet with cabbage until tender.
